Four injured in Major Motor Vehicle Accident

In Zeeland Township, Michigan, it is reported that a major motor vehicle accident resulted in four people suffering injuries.  One of the individuals is reported to have suffered serious injuries.

The auto accident involved two vehicles and occurred at the intersection of Quincy Street and 72^nd Avenue.  According to reports, a van carrying five people crossed the path of an oncoming vehicle, which led to the collision.

Three of the people in the van suffered injuries, including a 63 year old woman who was reportedly partially ejected from the van at the time of the cash.  The woman had to be rushed to Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids and is said to have suffered serious head injuries.  The two other injured van passengers were taken to local hospitals in the Zeeland area.
