Man Killed In Motorcycle/Truck Crash In Flint

Joseph Lueckeman of Burton was killed last Saturday when his motorcycle collided with gasoline tanker truck on I-475.  Lueckeman, 32, was traveling eastbound and the tanker truck was traveling south on the I-475 service drive at E. Stewart Avenue when the crash occurred, throwing Lueckeman from his bike.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.  The truck and the entangled motorcycle continued onto the I-475 for a short distance before the truck caught fire.  The truck driver was not injured.  Police are continuing to investigate this tragedy.
