Mark H. Freedman

Mark H. Freedman received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan in 1989. He was a member of the Dean’s List and Psi Chi National Honors Society for Psychology.  He received his Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University in 1992.  A long standing member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and Oakland County Bar Association, Mr. Freedman specializes in drunk driving matters, traffic tickets, moving violations, criminal defense and Plaintiff personal injury.  He has very extensive civil and criminal trial experience and is licensed to practice in all State Courts in Michigan, the United States District Court - Eastern District, the United States District Court - Western District, the United States District Court - Northern District of Ohio, and the Federal 6th Circuit Court of Court Appeals located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Mary K. Freedman received a B.A. in Marketing from Michigan State University in 1989.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Detroit College of Law in 1992 where she received the Book Award in Evidence.  A long standing member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, Genesee County Bar Association and Oakland County Bar Association, Mrs. Freedman specializes in drunk driving matters, traffic tickets, moving violations, criminal defense, Plaintiff personal injury and appellate matters. She has very extensive civil and criminal trial experience as well as extensive appellate experience. She is licensed to practice in all State Courts in Michigan.
